Palmetto Shared Services Alliance (PSSA) is seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to serve as our Director of Engagement & Impact. This role sits at the intersection of professional development, data, and partnerships, helping ensure that our work not only reaches childcare providers across South Carolina, but also demonstrates meaningful, measurable impact. The Director will lead PSSA’s statewide training strategy, support a growing team, and oversee how data is collected, analyzed, and shared to inform decision-making and strengthen outcomes. This position also plays a key role in building relationships with partners, funders, and agencies to expand our reach and elevate the support available to childcare providers. We are looking for someone who is both a strong leader and a connector, someone who can manage complex initiatives, translate data into action, and bring people together around a shared mission.
If you are passionate about improving early childhood systems, thrive in a collaborative environment, and are excited to drive impact at a statewide level, we encourage you to apply!
Palmetto Childcare Connect (PCC), a program of Palmetto Shared Services Alliance (PSSA), is seeking dependable, flexible, and passionate individuals to serve as Childcare Substitute Professionals, also known as “Palmetto Pop-Ins.” This role is designed to support licensed childcare programs across South Carolina by stepping in when extra help is needed, whether for planned absences or last-minute staffing gaps.
